July 2011 to July 2012 Self Challenge

I challenge myself to ~

**do a 5k every Saturday.
(this can be at the Y on a Treadmill)
**to do a 5k race once a month.
**to move that up to a 10k by January 2012
**to do a Half Marathon by April 2012
