Personal Trainer #1

This morning I started my Personal Training sessions from my friend Michelle!
I started out (on my own) with 25 minutes on the elliptical (at level 10)

Then worked out with Michelle.
Today was not overly hard but not a piece of cake (so to speak) either!
*2 sets of 15 ....
squats with dumbbells
lunges on the slider matte
pull downs
bench presses (without weights)
step ups with weights
planks
and twisty things with weights
(don't cha love the names I've made for these things?!?!)

for the record ...

I weighed in at 172.75 pounds
Chest 37 inches
waist 33.25 inches
hip 40 inches
thigh 22.25 inches
